On Wednesday we went into the woods behind the school. This was our first time having specific tasks to do during our outdoor learning. We needed to find a tree to adopt and then collect some data. We had to determine the type of tree, measure the circumference, take a tree bark rubbing, and list three describing words. We did really well for our first time. We will keep our data and compare it throughout the year. When we were done we explored. We wanted to find a millipede for Jaxson, however we were unsuccessful. As always, thanks to the parents who could help out. Enjoy our pictures.
